Aws Aispl Customer Agreement

Your use of the AWS OpsWorks agent is subject to the AWS OpsWorks customer license agreement. Your use of AWS OpsWorks for Chef Automate is subject to The End User License Agreement of Chief Software Inc. Your use of AWS OpsWorks for Puppet Enterprise is subject to The Puppet Enterprise License Agreement of Puppet, Inc. 42.8. Forums; Submissions. In addition to your LM-Forks distribution rights in the Lumberyard Git archive, described above, you can include up to 50 lines of source code for Lumberyard materials to discuss this code during lumberyard discussion on our forums or elsewhere. You need to identify us as a source of code. “Lumberyard submissions” are content related to Lumberyard materials (including LM Forks) that you publish or transmit to other developer discussion websites, sample code repositories, or other AWS or public forums. You (i) grant us and our related companies a non-exclusive, global, permanent, irrevocable, transferable, under-conceded, free and fully paid license under all intellectual property rights on your Lumberyard bids and (ii) to other AWS and AISPL customers the same rights to your Lumberyard bids as those provided to Lumberyard hardware. You guarantee and guarantee that you have all the rights necessary to grant the above licence and that your Lumberyard bids do not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties or violate this Agreement.

“AISPL Confidential Information” refers to any non-public information disclosed by us, our associated companies, business partners or their respective employees, contractors or agents that must reasonably be considered confidential due to the nature of the information or circumstances surrounding its disclosure. AISPL`s confidential information includes: (a) non-public information about our affiliates or the technology of our subsidiaries or business partners, customers, business plans, advertising and marketing activities, finance and other business matters; (b) third-party information that we must keep confidential; and (c) the nature, content and existence of discussions or negotiations between you and us or our related companies. AISPL Confidential information does not contain information that is or will be made available to the public without violating this agreement; (ii) can be proven by documents you knew at the time of receipt; (iii) is received by a third party who has not acquired or disclosed the same thing by an unlawful or unlawful act; or (iv) can be proven by documentation that it was developed independently of you, without reference to confidential aispl information. 1.7. If your agreement does not contain any provisions regarding confidential AISPL information and you and AISPL do not have an effective confidentiality agreement, you agree that you will not disclose confidential information (as defined in the AISPL customer agreement) to AISPL unless required by law.
